Delivery Policy

At TAHLI, we want your furniture to reach you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we deliver across Pakistan.


1. Where We Deliver

We deliver to all major cities and many remote areas across Pakistan. Our delivery network covers:


Direct TAHLI Delivery (our own team):

  • Lahore

  • Islamabad and Rawalpindi

  • Faisalabad

  • Gujranwala

  • Sialkot

  • Gujrat

  • Jhelum

  • Okara


Logistics Partners (trusted courier services):

  • Karachi

  • Sahiwal

  • Bahawalpur

  • Sargodha

  • And other cities across Pakistan on request.


If your city is not listed above, contact us before placing your order. We will confirm availability and delivery costs for your location.


We do not offer international delivery. Orders must have a shipping address within Pakistan.


2. Delivery Timelines

Because most of our furniture is custom-made, production time is included in your overall delivery estimate.


  • Standard production and delivery: 1 to 4 weeks from order confirmation.

  • The exact timeline depends on your product, your order size, customization, and location.

  • Your confirmed delivery window will be shared during our order confirmation call.


For major cities served by our direct delivery team, turnaround is generally faster. Remote areas served through courier partners may take slightly longer due to logistics routing. Delivery timelines can occasionally vary due to production schedules, courier delays, or other factors. We will keep you informed if your delivery is affected.


3. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are not included in the product price. Charges are calculated based on:

  • The weight and size of your furniture.

  • Your delivery city and exact location.


Your delivery charge will be confirmed during the order confirmation call. You will not be surprised by any additional fees after that point.


4. Order Confirmation

After you place an order on our website, a TAHLI team member will call you to:

  • Confirm your order details, customization, and delivery address.

  • Finalize delivery charges, confirm your 25% advance payment, and agree on the payment method.

  • Provide your estimated delivery date.


Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please ensure your contact number is correct when placing your order.


5. Payment at Delivery

TAHLI accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): available for standard orders.

  • All orders require a 25% advance payment at the time of order confirmation to begin production.

  • For customized orders and orders above PKR 30,000, a 50% advance is required.

  • The remaining balance is collected on delivery (COD) or via bank transfer before dispatch, as agreed during the confirmation call.

  • Full advance payment: required for all orders shipped via courier partners to remote cities.


6. Receiving Your Order

Please be available at the delivery address on the confirmed delivery date. Our team delivers between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery window within that range.


Deliveries are made to your door. Our team is not responsible for carrying furniture to upper floors or specific rooms unless agreed in advance.


If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in a re-delivery fee.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery

Inspect your furniture carefully when it arrives. If you notice any damage or an error in your order:

  • Report the issue to the delivery team immediately, before they leave.

  • Take clear photographs of the damage.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to log your complaint.


We will review your case within 1 to 3 business days. Our team will determine whether the issue originated during production, in transit with our logistics partner, or after delivery, and offer a resolution accordingly. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.


8. Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes multiple furniture pieces, we will make every effort to deliver them together. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately. You will be informed if this applies to your order.


9. Delays

While we do our best to meet every delivery commitment, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including road conditions, extreme weather, or courier delays. We will proactively contact you if your delivery is affected.


10. Governing Terms

These policies apply to all purchases made through tahli.pk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update our policies at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our website with a revised date.


All transactions are subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
